针对大尺寸光学平面的直线度的纳米级测量精度需求,提出了倾斜入射下单截面平面度绝对检验方法,实现了对超过相移干涉仪口径的长平晶绝对检验。利用棱镜转向实现倾斜入射角度的精密预标定,棱镜标定角度的精度高于圆光栅和图像分析等方法,可提高测量不确定度到0.0042 μm。对比了常规三面互检绝对检验结果与本方法的差异,在相同尺寸下,直线度误差仅为1.2 nm。在确认标定反射镜位置后,整个倾斜入射的干涉图调整过程将被完全集中到待测长平晶的工作面上,不需要再对反射平晶进行操作。调整长平晶时各个维度的操作互不干涉,可快速简便地得到测量结果。 相似文献

Thin film of WO3 has been deposited on conductive fluorine tin oxide substrate using the hydrothermal technique. The film's microstructural, morphological and optical properties have been identified using X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscope, and spectrophotometer. The obtained results have confirmed the nanocrystalline structure of the as-received WO3 thin film with crystallite size ≈63.4 nm. Analysis of the absorption coefficient using Tauc's model shows the possibility of direct and/or indirect allowed transition with energy gaps 3.95 and/or 3.45 eV, respectively. The refractive index has been determined by different methods showing the average value (2.2 and 2.3 corresponding to the direct and indirect transitions, respectively). The nonlinear refractive index and third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility have been determined, showing the high polarizability of WO3/FTO with radiation to be promising for different optical devices and applications. 相似文献

The soft nature of organic–inorganic halide perovskites renders their lattice particularly tunable to external stimuli such as pressure, undoubtedly offering an effective way to modify their structure for extraordinary optoelectronic properties. Here, using the methylammonium lead iodide as a representative exploratory platform, it is observed that the pressure-driven lattice disorder can be significantly suppressed via hydrogen isotope effect, which is crucial for better optical and mechanical properties previously unattainable. By a comprehensive in situ neutron/synchrotron-based analysis and optical characterizations, a remarkable photoluminescence (PL) enhancement by threefold is convinced in deuterated CD3ND3PbI3, which also shows much greater structural robustness with retainable PL after high peak-pressure compression–decompression cycle. With the first-principles calculations, an atomic level understanding of the strong correlation among the organic sublattice and lead iodide octahedral framework and structural photonics is proposed, where the less dynamic CD3ND3+ cations are vital to maintain the long-range crystalline order through steric and Coulombic interactions. These results also show that CD3ND3PbI3-based solar cell has comparable photovoltaic performance as CH3NH3PbI3-based device but exhibits considerably slower degradation behavior, thus representing a paradigm by suggesting isotope-functionalized perovskite materials for better materials-by-design and more stable photovoltaic application. 相似文献

Partial shading decreases the power output of PV arrays due to mismatch losses. These losses are dependent on the shading pattern and the relative positions of shaded modules in the array. Various static and dynamic reconfiguration techniques have earlier been proposed to mitigate these losses. In an earlier proposed static reconfiguration technique, the power generation is enhanced by altering the physical location of the PV panels using a random Sudoku configuration without modifying the TCT (Total-Cross-Tied) based electrical connections. However, this arrangement faces drawbacks due to ineffective dispersion of shade and significant increase in wiring required. In this work, an optimal Sudoku arrangement to overcome these drawbacks is formulated. Further analysis indicate that the global peak of the optimal Sudoku based PV array occurs as the right most peak in the curve for most shading conditions, thus evidently obviating the need for complex MPPT (Maximum-Power-Point-Tracking) algorithms. The proposed configuration is compared with various other existing reconfiguration schemes in terms of power output and the comparison is presented. In addition, a general formulation is proposed to expand this pattern to any generic array. A strategy is also proposed to make such an interconnection practicable for very large size PV arrays. 相似文献

Taguchi's data programming techniques in synergy with data analysis tactics based on artificial neural networks have been fruitful in illuminating intricate manufacturing phenomena. We present a non-parametric approach to treat multi-response multi-factorial datasets created with Taguchi's orthogonal-array samplers. Replicated response datasets are compressed utilizing the signal to noise ratio and then they are homogenized by simple rank-ordering. The multiple response layout is reduced to the more tractable uni-response arrangement by using the super-ranking concept to enact the fusing of the individual responses. The ‘ranked-and-fused’ dataset is subjected to conversion by linear and three-layer perceptrons. The performance of a group of examined effects is assessed according to the perceptrons’ sensitivity analysis output. Using Wilcoxon's one-sample test, statistical significance is assigned to the accumulated ranking scores obtainable from a series of independent perceptron runs. We discuss the efficiency status for each of the two engaged perceptron options on affecting prediction accuracy as well as the influence of data fusion on the SNR-compressed datasets. Our robust neurocomputing solver is elucidated in a concurrent screening of three foam characteristics which are encountered in popular solar-collector assembly operations. Seven controlling factors were profiled and it was found that the temperature of the polyol additive is the sole statistically predominant effect. Finally, through our industrial paradigm, we illustrate the superiority of the fusing principle for downsizing stochastically multiple characteristics and thus gaining faster and more accurate perceptron predictions. We show that the proposed method outperforms the outcomes obtained by the desirability analysis. Homogeneous transparent optical glass–ceramics precipitated with unique nonlinear crystals are promising materials for photonic applications. We have utilized heat treatment method to prepare transparent ZnO–Bi2O3–B2O3 glass–ceramic containing Bi2ZnB2O7 nonlinear nanocrystals. A large third-order nonlinear susceptibility χ(3) of glass–ceramic is measured by Z-scan technique, which mainly attributed to unique [BiO6] and [B2O5] units in Bi2ZnB2O7 crystal structure and the quantum size effect of nanoparticles. Within this study, a time saving photo‐initiated miniemulsion polymerization process (duration of polymerization was 15 min) was established in order to encapsulate a paraffin wax with an acrylate polymer shell. The obtained freeze‐dried latex was an off‐white powder exhibiting spherical particles with mean diameters around 400 nm and a concentration of paraffin wax around 56%. New π‐conjugated polymers containing dithieno(3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d)pyrrole (DTP) were successfully synthesized via electropolymerization. The effect of structural differences on the electrochemical and optoelectronic properties of the 4‐[4H‐dithieno(3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d)pyrrol‐4‐yl]aniline (DTP–aryl–NH2), 10‐[4H‐dithiyeno(3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d)pirol‐4‐il]dekan‐1‐amine (DTP–alkyl–NH2), and 1,10‐bis[4H‐dithieno(3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d)pyrrol‐4‐yl] decane (DTP–alkyl–DTP) were investigated. The corresponding polymers were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, NMR (1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR), and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy. Changes in the electronic nature of the functional groups led to variations in the electrochemical properties of the π‐conjugated systems. The electroactive polymer films revealed redox couples and exhibited electrochromic behavior. The replacement of the DTP–alkyl–DTP unit with DTP–aryl–NH2 and DTP–alkyl–NH2 resulted in a lower oxidation potential. Both the poly(10‐(4H‐Dithiyeno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]pirol‐4‐il)dekan‐1‐amin) (poly(DTP–alkyl–NH2)) and poly(1,10‐bis(4H‐dithieno[3,2‐b:2′,3′‐d]pyrrol‐4‐yl) decane) (poly(DTP–alkyl–DTP)) films showed multicolor electrochromism and also fast switching times (<1 s) in the visible and near infrared regions. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
